WM Technology, Inc (MAPS) Announces Resignation of Tony Aquila from Board

On August 13, 2025, Tony Aquila notified WM Technology, Inc (NASDAQ: MAPS) of his decision to resign as a member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) and all committees of the Board, effective September 2, 2025. Mr. Aquila’s decision was not based on any disagreement with the Company or on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
