WD-40 Company (NASDAQ: WDFC) announced that board director Trevor I. Mihalik will resign from the board effective at the company's annual stockholders meeting scheduled for December 12, 2025.
Mihalik notified the board of his decision on October 9, 2025, stating he will not stand for re-election. The company said his resignation was not due to any disagreement with WD-40 regarding operations, policies or practices.
Mihalik joined WD-40's board in 2019 and currently serves as chair of the Finance Committee and as a member of both the Corporate Governance Committee and Audit Committee. He will continue in these roles until the annual meeting.
Following Mihalik's departure, the board size will decrease from 10 to 9 directors, according to the company's statement.
