Vulcan Infrastructure adds three directors after $39.4M investment

Vulcan Infrastructure and Power Inc. (NASDAQ: VIP) has appointed Robert "Bob" Foley, Allan B. Rothschild, and Jacky Wu to its board of directors, according to a company statement. The appointments were made in connection with the closing of a $39.4 million strategic investment completed on September 10, 2026.



The $39.4 million investment came from affiliates of Machine Investment Group and Atlas Holdings, along with institutional investors including Conversant Capital and certain company insiders.



Foley has approximately four decades of experience in commercial real estate and capital markets. He has served as a senior advisor to TPG Real Estate since January 2026, following more than a decade as a partner and managing director there. He previously co-founded Gramercy Capital, a publicly traded REIT, and held roles at Goldman Sachs and Bankers Trust.



Rothschild has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, transactions, and legal affairs. He most recently served as general counsel and vice president of Allerand Capital from 2022 through 2025, and previously held senior roles at Gramercy Property Trust.



Wu has more than 20 years of experience across digital infrastructure, finance, and corporate development. He has served as a director of Brightspeed Inc. since May 2025 and is a senior advisor to Apollo Global Management and Wafra. From 2020 to 2024, he served as chief financial officer of DigitalBridge Group.



Vulcan describes itself as a platform focused on acquiring, developing, and operating energized sites that support artificial intelligence and high-performance computing data centers.
