VisionWave names Tony Fabrizio to lead UK and European defense sales

VisionWave Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: VWAV) announced the appointment of Tony Fabrizio as Director, Aerospace and Defense of its UK subsidiary, VisionWave Holdings UK Ltd, according to a press release dated Aug. 19, 2026.

Fabrizio has more than 25 years of experience in defense, government, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and digital transformation. His prior roles include positions at Oracle, BetterGov and Acronis SCS.

At BetterGov, Fabrizio established the company's defense-sector capability and secured a £2 million (approximately $2.7 million) program with the UK Ministry of Defence. At Oracle, he supported MOD transformation programs.

In his new role, Fabrizio will lead business development and sales activities for VisionWave's products and services across the United Kingdom and Europe, focusing on government defense organizations, defense prime contractors and strategic technology partners.
