Vertiv (VRT) director Robin L. Washington to step down

Vertiv Holdings Co (NYSE: VRT), a company specializing in electronic components, has announced the resignation of board member Robin L. Washington, effective March 31, 2025. Washington, who has recently been appointed as President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Salesforce, Inc., conveyed her decision to step down from the Vertiv board to the company on February 4, 2025.
