Verizon board adds Recognize Partners co-founder Charles Phillips

Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ) appointed Charles Phillips to its board of directors, effective September 25, 2026, according to a company statement.

Phillips is the co-founder and managing partner of Recognize Partners LP. He will participate in the standard compensation program for non-employee directors, as outlined in Verizon's proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 6, 2026.

Phillips has not yet been assigned to a board committee.
