TriSalus adds healthcare investor Stansky to board

TriSalus Life Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: TLSI) appointed Michael P. Stansky to its board of directors, effective February 4, 2026, the oncology-focused medical technology company announced.

The appointment follows the resignation of Dr. Arjun "JJ" Desai, who served on the board since August 2023.

Stansky brings 40 years of investment management and healthcare experience. He most recently served as a managing director at Tudor Investment Corporation, where he helped form the firm's equity investment group and managed long/short equity, crossover, and venture investments. Previously, he worked as an analyst and portfolio manager at Wellington Management Company.

Stansky currently serves on the boards of Insightec and Momentis Surgical. His past board positions include Mako Surgical, OrthoSensor and Transmedics. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a certified public accountant and chartered financial analyst.

"His deep experience in capital markets, governance, and value creation will be a meaningful asset as TriSalus continues to execute on its strategic and growth objectives."

TriSalus develops drug delivery technologies for solid tumor treatment. The company has three FDA-cleared devices that use its Pressure-Enabled Drug Delivery technology, including the TriNav Infusion System for liver tumors and the Pancreatic Retrograde Venous Infusion System for pancreatic tumors.
