TriMas director Finley will not seek re-election in may

TriMas Corp. (NASDAQ: TRS) announced that Teresa M. Finley informed the board of directors on February 26, 2026, that she will not stand for re-election as a director at the company's annual meeting of shareholders.

The annual meeting is expected to be held on or around May 20, 2026. According to the company, Finley's decision to not seek re-election is not related to any disagreement with TriMas on matters relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.
