Toro Company adds Tennant CEO David Huml to its board

The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) has elected David Huml, president and chief executive officer of Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC), to its Board of Directors, effective immediately, according to a company press release.

Huml has served in his current role at Tennant for a portion of his 12-year tenure at the company, during which he also held positions including chief operating officer, senior vice president for the APAC and EMEA businesses, and senior vice president of global marketing. He also serves on Tennant's Board of Directors.

Before joining Tennant, Huml held executive leadership positions at Pentair plc, a manufacturer of water and fluid solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in business management and marketing from Wittenberg University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

Richard Olson, chairman and chief executive officer of The Toro Company, cited Huml's background in global marketing, operations, product management, robotics, and smart-connected technologies in welcoming him to the board.

The Toro Company reported net sales of $4.5 billion in fiscal 2025 and operates in more than 125 countries.
