TopGum Industries Ltd. (TASE: TPGM) announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Raviv Zoller as a director, effective immediately, and as chairman of the board effective April 1, 2026.

Zoller, 61, will succeed Hagai Stadler, founding partner of AP Partners, who served as chairman for six years and will continue as a director during a transition period. The company stated it intends to complete several strategic initiatives during this transition.

Zoller brings nearly 30 years of experience managing public companies and international industrial groups. He previously served as president and CEO of ICL Group, Israel's global specialty minerals company, for seven years. His background includes co-founding investment house Ipex-Mutavim, serving as CEO of Ness Technologies when it was listed on NASDAQ, and leading IDI Insurance during its public listing.

The appointment follows a series of senior executive appointments over the past two years as TopGum implements its growth strategy and expands international operations.

"I am pleased to be joining TopGum. I was impressed by the Company's strategy, the quality of its management and Board, and its potential," Zoller said in a statement.

TopGum, founded in 2004, produces gummy-format dietary supplements with manufacturing facilities in Israel and Canada. The company employs more than 400 people and commenced operations at a new facility in Sderot in November 2025. In April 2025, TopGum completed the acquisition of Island Abbey, a Canadian gummy supplement manufacturer.

The company is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and is owned by founder Hai Hayoun, Roi Lusternik, and AP Partners, which invested in 2020 along with Discount Capital and Arkin Investments.
