Tinka Resources Ltd (TKRFF) announces Board member resignation

Tinka Resources Limited ("Tinka" or the "Company") (TSXV:TK)(BVL:TK)(OTCQB:TKRFF) announces the resignation of Mr. Pieter Britz from the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") with immediate effect. Mr. Britz has withdrawn his name from the slate of nominees for election to the Board at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders to be held on March 26, 2025. Mr. Britz is stepping back as a director of Tinka to focus on ongoing work commitments with regards to the management of the Sentient Resources ("Sentient") funds and associated investments.

Mr. Britz joined the Company in January 2018, as a director nominated by Sentient, and has been a valuable member of the Board. The Board and management are grateful to Mr. Britz for his many contributions during his Board tenure and wish him well in his future endeavours.
