Three directors retire from Peapack-Gladstone Financial board

Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) announced that three directors will retire from its board effective December 31, 2025.
Patrick J. Mullen, Philip W. Smith III and Beth Welsh notified the company on December 18, 2025, of their retirement from the boards of both Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation and its banking subsidiary, Peapack Private Bank & Trust. The company stated that none of the retiring directors had disagreements with management, operations, policies or procedures.
The company's board of directors announced the appointment of two new directors effective January 1, 2026. Diane D'Erasmo and Ellen C. Walsh will join the boards of both the holding company and the bank.
The information was disclosed in a company statement issued December 18, 2025.
