Texas Roadhouse board member retires after 13 years of service

Texas Roadhouse Inc. (NASDAQ: TXRH) announced that board member Kathleen M. Widmer retired from the Board of Directors effective February 11, 2026.

Widmer notified the board of her decision to retire in order to focus on launching a new business venture. The company stated that her departure was not the result of any disagreement with Texas Roadhouse regarding operations, policies or practices.

Widmer served on the board for nearly 13 years. The company thanked her for her service and the value she brought during her tenure, according to the press release statement.
