Tenet Healthcare board director Stephen Rusckowski resigns

Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) announced that Stephen H. Rusckowski resigned from the company's board of directors, effective immediately on November 21, 2024.

Following Rusckowski's resignation, the board reduced its size from thirteen to twelve directors, according to the company's statement.
