Telescope Innovations board member resigns, to stay on as consultant

Telescope Innovations Corp. (CSE: TELI) (OTCQB: TELIF) (FSE: J4U) announced that Ali Pejman has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective July 14, 2026.

Pejman will remain engaged with the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company under a consulting agreement to be finalized shortly after his departure from the board.

Henry Dubina, CEO, said: "On behalf of the Board and management, I would like to thank Ali for his commitment and the thoughtful guidance he has provided during an important period in the Company's growth. We are pleased that he will continue to support Telescope as a consultant, and we wish him every success."

The company said its board is actively searching for a qualified candidate to fill the vacancy and will announce an appointment in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
