Teladoc board member Evans to retire in 2026

Teladoc Health Inc. (NYSE: TDOC) announced that director J. Eric Evans will not seek reelection at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and will retire from the board at that time.

Evans, who has served as a director since 2023, notified the company of his decision on December 11, 2025. The company stated that Evans indicated he is retiring for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the company.

The retirement will become effective at the conclusion of the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Teladoc thanked Evans for his service to the board during his tenure.
