Ted Frazee joins Thomasville National Bank board of directors
Thomasville National Bank announced the appointment of Ted Frazee to its board of directors. Frazee serves as president of Redwire, an electronic security and life-safety integration company based in Tallahassee, Florida.
Frazee joined Redwire in 2003 and has held the position of president since 2016. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and completed Harvard Business School's Executive Leadership program.
"We are confident Ted's expertise and enthusiasm will enhance the Board's effectiveness and strategic impact," said Stephen Cheney, chairman and CEO of Thomasville National Bank. "Ted's strong ties to Tallahassee will be particularly beneficial as we look ahead to opportunities in that market."
Thomasville Bancshares Inc. (OTCID: THVB) serves as the holding company for Thomasville National Bank. The bank operates with two divisions, St. Simons Bank & Trust and Tallahassee National Bank, managing total assets exceeding $2 billion across South Georgia and North Florida.
The bank received recognition in 2025 when American Banker ranked it fourth nationally in its Top 200 Community Banks based on three-year average return on shareholders' equity.
