Tapestry board member Bilbrey will not seek re-election in November

Tapestry Inc. (NYSE: TPR) announced that board member John P. Bilbrey will not stand for re-election at the company's annual stockholder meeting scheduled for November 13, 2025.

Bilbrey notified the company on September 16, 2025 of his decision not to seek another term. The company stated that his decision was not due to any disagreement with Tapestry on any matter.

Bilbrey will continue serving on the board until the annual meeting takes place in November, according to the company's statement.
