TSS appoints Dell Technologies veteran Vivek Mohindra to board

TSS, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSSI) announced the appointment of Vivek Mohindra to its board of directors. The Georgetown, Texas-based data center services company provides AI and high-performance computing infrastructure and software integration services.

Mohindra brings over 25 years of experience in strategy, investment, and business transformation across the technology sector. He currently serves as Special Advisor to the Vice Chair and COO of Dell Technologies, where he works on growth and AI-led modernization initiatives.

Previously, Mohindra held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Dell, leading value-creation initiatives related to growth and company-wide transformation. His career includes senior leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, TPG, Freescale Semiconductors, and New Science Ventures. He has served on boards of several companies including GlobalFoundries and CyberOptics.

"His deep expertise in AI-driven transformation and go-to-market strategy at a global scale, with Dell Technologies, is directly applicable to our mission," said Darryll Dewan, CEO of TSS.

Mohindra stated he looks forward to contributing to TSS's growth trajectory and working with the team to deliver value to clients and shareholders. He noted that TSS provides integration services that bridge the gap between computing hardware and AI deployment.

Mohindra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and concurrent MBA and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from MIT. He resides in Austin, Texas.

TSS specializes in integrating and deploying high-performance computing infrastructure and software for data centers. The company manages and deploys billions of dollars in technology annually as a partner to data center technology providers.
