Sunbelt Rentals names Ekta Singh-Bushell to board of directors

Sunbelt Rentals Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SUNB, LSE: SUNB) announced the appointment of Ekta Singh-Bushell to its board of directors as a non-executive director, effective August 1, 2026.

Singh-Bushell most recently served as chief operating officer of Dragos Inc., a privately held cybersecurity company focused on industrial control systems. She previously held senior roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Ernst & Young, including serving as chief information security officer.

She currently sits on the boards of ChargePoint, Inc. and Lesaka Technologies Inc. and is a founding board member of Women's Health Access Matters. Previous board roles include Cisco Systems, Inc., TTEC Holdings, Inc., Designer Brands, Inc. and Datatec Limited.

Singh-Bushell holds a master's degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Poona in India. She is a certified public accountant, a National Association of Corporate Directors fellow, and holds certifications in governance, sustainability, information systems security, audit and control.

Paul Walker, chairman of Sunbelt Rentals Holdings, said her experience across finance, technology and cybersecurity "will complement our Board's existing strengths and support our continued focus on creating long-term growth."

Sunbelt Rentals is headquartered in Fort Mill, South Carolina, and operates more than 1,600 locations with a fleet of assets exceeding $19 billion.
