Sui Group names Ripple Labs ex-CFO Kristina Campbell to its board

Sui Group Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: SUIG) has appointed Kristina Campbell as an independent director to its board of directors, effective immediately, according to a company statement. Campbell will also serve as chair of the board's audit committee.
Campbell currently serves as chief financial officer of Wrapbook, a payroll and spend management platform. She previously held the CFO role at Ripple Labs, where she established the company's first formal financial risk function, implemented treasury governance across fiat and digital asset holdings, and led engagement with external auditors on digital asset accounting. She also served as CFO of PayNearMe.
"Kristina built and scaled finance organizations at the forefront of digital assets and financial technology, giving her a firsthand understanding of the operational, accounting, and governance needs that accompany rapid growth," said Marius Barnett, chairman of the board.
Campbell said in the statement: "I believe that my experience building strong governance and financial operations adds a valuable perspective to the Board, and I look forward to helping the Company grow."
Sui Group describes itself as a publicly traded company with a relationship with the Sui Foundation, focused on SUI blockchain exposure and digital asset treasury operations.
