Stuhini founder David O'Brien retires from board of directors
Stuhini Exploration Ltd. (TSXV: STU) announced that founder David O'Brien has retired from the company's board of directors after not standing for re-election at the recent annual general meeting.
O'Brien founded the mineral exploration company in 2017 and served as president and CEO until mid-2025, most recently holding the position of chairman. His departure concludes his formal involvement with the Vancouver-based company.
"We acknowledge and thank Dave for his role in founding Stuhini and securing the Ruby Creek property in the Company's early stages," said Meredith Eades, president and CEO.

At the annual general meeting held December 3, 2025, shareholders re-elected Meredith Eades, Fioravante Aliperti, and Kazuki Nohdomi as directors. Shareholders also re-appointed Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP as auditor and approved the company's rolling 10% stock option plan.
