Steve Mayer to join TFI International board in October

TFI International Inc. (NYSE and TSX: TFII) announced that Steve Mayer will join its Board of Directors effective October 29, 2026.

Mayer currently serves as President of Greenhill Canada and Vice Chairman of Greenhill & Co. He has more than 30 years of investment banking experience at firms including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Greenhill & Co., with a focus on Canadian and U.S. cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Mayer holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. He has also served on boards of large not-for-profit organizations in healthcare and other sectors.

Alain Bédard, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of TFI International, said in a statement: "Steve's superb track record in the capital markets and M&A combined with his deep experience in both Canada and the U.S. make him the perfect fit for our Board of Directors."

TFI International operates across the United States, Canada, and Mexico through subsidiaries in less-than-truckload, truckload, and logistics segments.
