Southwest Airlines directors Cush and Saretsky resign from board

Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE: LUV) announced that two directors submitted resignations from its board of directors. C. David Cush and Gregg A. Saretsky each submitted resignation letters on February 9, 2026, with their departures effective February 23, 2026.
The company stated that neither departure resulted from disagreements with Southwest Airlines regarding the company's operations, policies or practices. The resignations were disclosed in a company statement based on submissions made by both directors.
