Signature Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SGU) (OTCQB: SGGTF) (FSE: 3S30) announced results from a gold deportment study on its Lingman Lake Gold Project in northwestern Ontario and appointed Stacy Freudigmann to its advisory board.

The independent study by SGS Canada Inc. examined composite samples from four gold zones within the property. Results showed gold recoveries ranging from 92.6% to 96.6% across the zones, with gold occurring primarily as free milling gold and gold-silver alloys in high-grade areas.

The study found that most gold grains are exposed or partially exposed at a grind size of 80% passing 150 microns, indicating processing characteristics consistent with Canadian greenstone-hosted gold systems. The association between gold mineralization and arsenopyrite was minimal, with less than 1% by weight in three samples and 2.2% by weight in one sample.

SGS estimated overall gold recoveries would range from approximately 79.8% to 96.6% using gravity methods combined with cyanide leaching. The study demonstrated that a significant portion of high-grade gold can be recovered using gravity methods, with additional recovery through standard cyanide leaching.

"Our objective with this study was to understand where the gold is present in the system, how it occurs and gain some initial insights to guide on potential recovery of mineralization," said Dan Denbow, president and CEO.

The company appointed Stacy Freudigmann, a professional engineer with 30 years of mining industry experience, to its advisory board. Freudigmann is CEO and founder of Canadian Engineering Company, which has provided consulting services to the mining industry since 2010. He has worked with companies including AngloAmerican, Sabina Gold & Silver, and BHP.

The company granted Freudigmann 750,000 options exercisable at $0.09 for five years, with a three-year vesting period.

The Lingman Lake property consists of 1,274 single-cell and 13 multi-cell claims totaling approximately 24,821 hectares in Ontario's Red Lake district.
