Shake Shack (SHAK) Announces Resignation of Anna Fieler from Board

On April 22, 2025, after more than seven years of service, Anna Fieler informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Shake Shack (NYSE: SHAK) of her intention to step down from the Board of the Company and as a Class I director, effective immediately prior to the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2025 Annual Meeting”). Ms. Fieler also will step down as a member of the Board’s Compensation Committee at the same time.
