July 7, 2026 8:31 AM EDT

Sekur Private Data (OTCQB: SWISF)(CSE: SKUR)(FRA: GDT0) has appointed Rafael Beltran, a retired Chief Master Sergeant with U.S. Special Operations Command experience, to its OpsTech Special Advisory Board, according to a company statement.

Beltran, who served as Senior Technical Advisor to the CIO/J6 at SOCOM Headquarters, will advise the Miami-based company on operational requirements and communications needs for defense, intelligence, and government users. His role will inform product development for Sekur's secure voice, video, and messaging solutions, including SekurOne and its forthcoming Sekur Mobile Tactical Router.

During his military career, Beltran directed 24/7 command-and-control communications supporting SOCOM commanders across 22 countries and trained more than 2,500 soldiers. He holds an active TS/SCI security clearance and has operational experience spanning the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and South America.

"Rafael brings exactly the kind of operational insight that shapes technology built for the field, not just the boardroom," said Alain Ghiai, CEO of Sekur Private Data.

Beltran currently serves as a Technical Product Manager at Sherpa 6, Inc. and holds advisory roles including Director of Tactical Communications on the Board of Advisors of Grey Bull Rescue.

Sekur provides Swiss-hosted cybersecurity and privacy solutions to government, defense, and enterprise clients, and is listed on the U.S. General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule.
