SDOT board member resigns, regains NASDAQ compliance

Sadot Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SDOT) announced that board member Na Yeon Hannah Oh resigned from the company's Board of Directors on October 10, 2025, effective immediately.
Oh also stepped down from her position on the Board's Sustainability Committee in connection with her departure. The company stated that Oh's resignation resulted from her professional commitments and was not due to any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
Separately, Sadot Group received notification from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Hearings Department on October 10 that the company has regained compliance with the bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The company now meets the continued listing requirements for the Nasdaq Capital Market.
As a result of regaining compliance, a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel that was scheduled for October 21, 2025 has been cancelled. Sadot Group's common stock will continue to be listed and traded on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
