Railtown AI appoints Saeed Otufat-Shamsi to advisory board

Railtown AI Technologies Inc. (CSE: RAIL) (OTCQB: RLAIF) announced the appointment of Saeed Otufat-Shamsi to its advisory board. The Vancouver-based AI developer tools company stated the addition strengthens its leadership in artificial intelligence and enterprise transformation.
Otufat-Shamsi brings over 25 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise transformation and artificial intelligence. He holds a bachelor's degree in software engineering and an MBA in technology management.
Previously, Otufat-Shamsi served as CEO and co-founder of NovoTech Software, a Vancouver AI company focused on expert-system intelligence for geotechnical engineering. The company developed predictive analytics solutions for civil engineering, mining and infrastructure clients before being acquired by Rocscience.
At TELUS, Otufat-Shamsi led digital transformation programs for more than a decade, directing a global team of over 150 software engineers across five countries. He developed AI-powered customer experience solutions at enterprise scale.
Most recently, Otufat-Shamsi contributed to designing and operationalizing what the company describes as Canada's most powerful sovereign AI cluster. His team delivered a compute environment ranked number one in Canada and 78th worldwide in the Top500 rankings.

In his advisory role, Otufat-Shamsi will provide strategic guidance as Railtown expands its AI ecosystem, affiliate network, developer platforms and enterprise AI offerings. He also serves on advisory boards for the World's Forgotten Children Foundation and Someone To Tell It To.
Railtown develops AI developer tools and frameworks including real-time ingestion, agent development frameworks and observability platforms for building and operating AI agents.
