RPM International elects ADM executive Jeffrey Rowe to its board

RPM International Inc. (NYSE: RPM) has elected Jeffrey D. Rowe to its board of directors, the company announced. Rowe joins 11 other directors elected at RPM's annual stockholder meeting.



Rowe currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, where he oversees the company's three business units, four regions, and its global operations, research and development, and sustainability functions. He will serve on RPM's governance and nominating committee.



Before joining ADM, Rowe served as Chief Executive Officer of Syngenta Group, an agricultural technology company. He previously spent more than two decades at DuPont Pioneer in executive roles covering strategic planning, biotech affairs, regulatory, legal, and supply management.



Rowe holds a bachelor's degree in agriculture business from Iowa State University, a J.D. from Drake University Law School, and a TRIUM Global Executive MBA from a joint program of the NYU Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics, and HEC Paris.

RPM, based in Medina, Ohio, manufactures specialty coatings, sealants, and building materials, and employs approximately 17,500 people worldwide.
