REalloys appoints General Jack Keane to board ahead of BLBX merger

REalloys Inc., the merger target of Blackboxstocks Inc. (NASDAQ: BLBX), announced the appointment of General John M. "Jack" Keane as a designate director to its board. General Keane will formally join the board upon completion of the merger between the two companies.
Blackboxstocks' registration statement on Form S-4 has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The companies expect to complete the merger in the near term, subject to customary closing conditions including NASDAQ listing approval.
General Keane is a four-star retired U.S. Army general and former Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Army. He completed 37 years of public service and served as Acting Chief of Staff and Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, directing 1.5 million soldiers and civilians in 120 countries with an annual operating budget of $110 billion.

REalloys operates a North American mine-to-magnet supply chain that includes upstream resource development, midstream processing, and downstream manufacturing. The company's assets include the Hoidas Lake rare-earth asset in Saskatchewan and manufacturing operations in Euclid, Ohio.
General Keane currently serves as Chairman of the Institute for the Study of War and is a Senior Strategic Analyst for Fox News. He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in March 2020.
The REalloys board also includes Chairman Stephen S. duMont, President of GM Defense, Ambassador David MacNaughton, former Canadian Ambassador to the United States, and Brad Wall, former Premier of Saskatchewan.
