QuantGate Systems adds two advisors to strengthen board

QuantGate Systems Inc. (OTCQB: QGSI) appointed two professionals to its advisory board as the fintech company seeks to expand its institutional business and technology offerings.



The Toronto-based artificial intelligence and machine learning company named Jaspreet Randhawa and Scott MacAndrew as advisors, according to a company statement.



Randhawa serves as a derivatives strategist with experience in trading infrastructure and institutional capital markets. She advises DealCatalyst, serves on SuperReturn's LP Council, and holds degrees from Durham University and Harvard Business School.



MacAndrew brings more than 25 years of experience as a portfolio manager, trader, and market-maker in global finance. He co-founded Cypher by Holt, a digital banking platform, and serves as interim chief financial officer of Naoris Protocol. MacAndrew also works as a senior advisor with Holdun Family Office and Holt Accelerator.



"Their combined expertise across trading infrastructure, fintech innovation, and institutional markets will be invaluable as we further develop our institutional business, enhance our technology offerings, and expand strategic partnerships globally," said Nikolas Perrault, executive chairman of QuantGate Systems.
