Pure Energy Minerals Limited (TSXV: PE) (OTCQB: PEMIF) announced that Daniel Barnosky has resigned from the company's board of directors, effective immediately.
Company President and CEO William Morton stated the board thanks Barnosky for his service and wishes him well in future endeavors.
Pure Energy Minerals is a lithium resource company focused on its Clayton Valley Project in central Nevada. The company has an earn-in agreement with Schlumberger Technology Corp., a subsidiary of SLB, dated May 1, 2019, which grants SLB an option to acquire all of Pure Energy's interests in the Clayton Valley Project.
