Pure Energy Minerals appoints William Morton to board following AGM

Pure Energy Minerals Limited (TSXV: PE) (OTCQB: PEMIF) held its annual general meeting on December 19, 2025, with shareholders approving all presented resolutions, according to a company statement.
A total of 10,700,467 common shares, representing approximately 31.50% of the company's outstanding shares, were voted at the meeting. Shareholders approved the reappointment of Baker Tilly WM LLP as auditors and set the number of directors at five.
The five elected directors include Marceau Schlumberger, Daniel Barnosky, Yuwei Hong, Cameron Hosie and William Morton. Morton also serves as the company's president and CEO.
Shareholders also approved the company's new Long-Term Incentive Plan during the meeting.
Pure Energy Minerals is a lithium resource company focused on its Clayton Valley Project in central Nevada. The company has an earn-in agreement with Schlumberger Technology Corp., a subsidiary of SLB, dated May 1, 2019, which grants SLB an option to acquire all of Pure Energy's interests in the Clayton Valley Project.
