Prospect Ridge names broadcaster Ellis Martin to board

Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. (CSE: PRR, OTC: PRRSF, FRA: OED) has appointed Ellis Martin to its board of directors, effective September 1, 2026, according to a company statement.

Martin is the founder and host of The Ellis Martin Report, a financial and business program distributed across radio, digital media, podcasts, and video platforms. He has more than 28 years of experience working with publicly traded natural resources and mining companies on investor communications and media strategy.

Alongside the board appointment, Prospect Ridge has entered into a promotional services agreement with Martin City Studios, LLC, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Under the agreement, Martin City Studios will produce and distribute audio interviews and related materials through the Ellis Martin Report and other distribution services for an initial six-month trial period beginning on or about September 1, 2026. Prospect Ridge will pay Martin City Studios $50,000 for the term, with production and primary distribution costs included in that fee. The agreement is subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Len Brownlie, president and CEO of Prospect Ridge, said in the statement: "Ellis will lead our market outreach efforts as we seek to widen our investor base."

Prospect Ridge is a British Columbia-based mineral exploration company focused on copper, gold, and other critical metals, with projects including its Golden Horseshoe and Cariboo properties in north-central British Columbia.
