Phoenix Asia Holdings adds two directors to board
Phoenix Asia Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: PHOE) announced the appointment of two new directors to its board, expanding the total number of directors from five to seven.
The Hong Kong-based substructure contractor appointed Yafei Xie as a non-independent director and Yaqiao Xie as an independent director, according to a company statement.
Yafei Xie, 37, brings over 10 years of capital market experience to the role. She currently serves as a register officer and executive partner at Glory Profit Capital Limited since January 2025 and has worked as a part-time lecturer at HKU Institute for China Business since 2021. Previously, she held positions at Royal Morgan Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Huafa Group Co., Ltd. She holds a bachelor's degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a master's degree from the University of Leicester.
Yaqiao Xie, 36, has more than 10 years of business administration experience. She most recently served as chief executive officer of Guangdong Xintou Co., Ltd. from January 2020 to October 2025. Her previous roles included general manager at Beijing Zhongke Residence Company and administrative manager at Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited. She graduated from Hubei Water Conservancy and Hydropower Polytechnic College in 2010.

Phoenix Asia Holdings operates primarily in Hong Kong's substructure sector, conducting business through its subsidiary Winfield Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited.
