Peter Graham joins Invesco Mortgage Capital board of directors

Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR) announced that Peter Graham has joined its Board of Directors, effective Aug. 3, 2026.

Graham serves as Co-President and Chief Financial Officer of Sallie Mae (formally, SLM Corporation), where he oversees finance, treasury, capital markets activities, and investor relations. He brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services and corporate finance, including a prior role as Chief Financial Officer at PRA Group and more than a decade at General Electric in executive finance positions.

Graham will serve on the Board's Audit, Compensation, and Nomination and Corporate Governance committees.

Don Liu, Chair of the Invesco Mortgage Capital Board, said in a statement: "His extensive expertise in financial services and corporate finance will provide an immediate and positive contribution to the Board."

Invesco Mortgage Capital is a real estate investment trust that invests in, finances, and manages mortgage-backed securities and other mortgage-related assets. The company is externally managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Invesco Ltd.
