Pershing Square Holdings names Ranjani Kearsley to its board
Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. (LSE: PSHD) announced the appointment of Ranjani Kearsley as an independent non-executive director, effective July 20, 2026.
The appointment followed a search process conducted by an external executive search firm, with the Nomination Committee recommending Kearsley to the board.
Kearsley has over 25 years of experience in portfolio oversight, strategy, human capital, and sustainability roles across asset management, private equity, and principal investing. She currently serves as Head of Asset Management Investments at B-FLEXION, a private investment platform she joined in 2021, where she also holds the role of Head of People for Investment Partnerships.
She currently sits on the boards of Twelve Securis Holdings and Strategic Investment Management Group, and serves on the board and remuneration and share committees of Longview Partners UK LLP and Longview Partners, Guernsey.
Prior to B-FLEXION, Kearsley was Head of People and Platform at Eight Roads, a venture platform. Before that, she served as Global Head of HR at Fidelity International. She began her career as an analyst at Citi and holds a degree in Economics and Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
PSH Chairman Rupert Morley said Kearsley "brings a wealth of global asset management experience and deep expertise in governance and strategy" and that her "considerable board experience at regulated asset managers across the US, Europe and Asia will further enhance the Board's perspective and capabilities."
