Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PPIH) appointed Nancy Zakhour and Saleh Sagr to its board of directors, effective April 8, 2026, according to a company statement.

Zakhour will serve as an independent director and member of the board's audit, compensation, and nominating and corporate governance committees. She currently serves as chief commercial officer at Clean Energy Services, where she leads corporate strategy and commercial execution for battery storage and solar initiatives. She also works as a venture partner at Ascent Energy Ventures and teaches MBA courses at Rice University.
