Pelthos Therapeutics appoints Andrew Einhorn to board of directors

Pelthos Therapeutics Inc. (NYSE American: PTHS) announced the appointment of Andrew J. Einhorn to its board of directors, effective immediately. Einhorn will serve until the company's 2026 annual meeting of shareholders and will join both the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.

The appointment expands Pelthos' board to eight directors. Einhorn brings over four decades of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and senior finance roles at clinical and commercial-stage life science companies.

Einhorn currently works as a consultant at Danforth Advisors, providing strategic financial guidance to public and private life science companies. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at multiple biotechnology companies including ESP Pharma, Esprit Pharma, Oceana Therapeutics, Edge Therapeutics and RVL Pharmaceuticals during a 20-year tenure in the industry. He also worked in capital markets and investment banking for more than 20 years and currently serves as a venture advisor to the Israel Biotech Fund.

"Andrew's extensive capital markets and in-house finance experience make him a strong addition to the Pelthos Board of Directors," said Peter Greenleaf, Chairman of the Board.

Pelthos Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company focused on commercializing therapeutic products for unmet patient needs. The company's lead product ZELSUVMI (berdazimer) topical gel received FDA approval in 2024 for the treatment of molluscum contagiosum.
