Park Aerospace director Dale Blanchfield retires after 21 years

Park Aerospace Corp. (NYSE: PKE) announced that Dale E. Blanchfield retired from the company's board of directors. Blanchfield served on Park's board since 2004 and held the position of Lead Independent Director since 2012.
Brian E. Shore, Park's Chairman and CEO, said Blanchfield first became known to the company in the mid-1990s when he served as President of The Bureau of Engraving in Minneapolis, which was a customer of Park's at the time.
Park Aerospace develops and manufactures advanced composite materials for aerospace applications, including film adhesives and lightning strike protection materials. The company's products are used in structures for commercial aircraft, military aircraft, business jets and spacecraft components.
