Panther Minerals appoints Rick Mah to board of directors

Panther Minerals Inc. (CSE: PURR)(OTCQB: GLIOF)(FWB: 2BC) announced the appointment of Rick Mah, CPA, CFA, to its board of directors effective March 29, 2026, according to a company statement.



Mah was previously appointed as the company's chief financial officer and corporate secretary on March 17, 2026. He has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience across public and private companies, with expertise in capital markets, financial reporting, and strategic transactions.



The executive has supported financing initiatives raising more than $700 million and has been involved in transactions ranging from early-stage financings to multi-billion-dollar strategic initiatives, the company said.



Mah currently serves as chief financial officer of Arctic Fox Lithium Corp. and as chief financial officer and corporate secretary of UraniumX Discovery Corp.



The company also announced that David Beck resigned as a director effective March 29, 2026.



Panther Minerals is a North American mineral acquisition and exploration company focused on precious and base metal properties. The company trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange under PURR, on the OTCQB under GLIOF, and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under 2BC.
