Paid Inc. adds freight tech veteran Lance Healy to board
Paid Inc. (OTC: PAYD) announced the appointment of Lance Healy to its board of directors, according to a company press release. The appointment supports the expansion efforts of the company's subsidiary ShipTime Canada Inc., a logistics technology platform operating across North America.
Healy brings more than 30 years of experience in freight technology and transportation infrastructure. He co-founded and served as president of Banyan Technology, described as an early pioneer in LTL shipping technology and carrier connectivity. He currently serves as co-founder and CEO of Freight Facts, a platform focused on freight ecosystem visibility and analytics.

ShipTime operates as a logistics platform offering shipping and freight solutions including parcel, LTL, FTL, fulfillment, and cross-border logistics services. The platform provides rate comparison, shipment management, tracking, analytics, and automation tools for businesses managing shipping operations.
The company states that ShipTime integrates with eCommerce systems and offers enterprise-grade shipping infrastructure without monthly fees or volume commitments. Paid Inc. focuses on building integrated infrastructure supporting shipping, fulfillment, freight, and eCommerce operations across North America.
