Onco-Innovations appoints Jared Rushton to board of directors

Onco-Innovations Limited (CBOE: ONCO) (OTCQB: ONNVF) announced the appointment of Jared Rushton to its board of directors, effective immediately. Rushton brings more than 10 years of experience in public markets, with expertise in corporate development, strategic advisory, and capital markets planning.

Rushton has worked with emerging and growth-stage companies across mining, cannabis, and biotech sectors. His experience includes evaluating strategic opportunities, structuring partnerships, and advising on go-public transactions and corporate restructuring initiatives.

Rushton replaces Zachary Stadnyk, who stepped down from the board. The company expressed gratitude for Stadnyk's contributions during his tenure.

The company also announced engaging MCS Market Communication Service GmbH for online marketing services through December 15, 2025. The services include campaign creation, marketing materials production, and research analytics. Onco-Innovations paid EUR 600,000 for these services, which will be executed through digital channels including Google Ads and native advertising. No securities were provided as compensation.

Onco-Innovations is a Vancouver-based company focused on cancer research and treatment. The company holds an exclusive worldwide license to patented technology targeting solid tumors.
