Olenox Industries appoints Ambassador Paula Dobriansky to board
Olenox Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: OLOX) appointed Ambassador Paula J. Dobriansky to its Board of Directors, effective February 16, 2026, according to a company statement.
Dobriansky was appointed to fill an existing board vacancy and joins Erik Blum and Adam Falkoff, who were appointed to the board on February 6, 2026. As a non-employee director, she will participate in the company's compensation program, which includes an annual cash retainer, committee chair compensation, and equity awards.
Dobriansky brings over 30 years of government and international experience. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Government and Regulatory Affairs at Thomson Reuters and held the Distinguished National Security Chair at the U.S. Naval Academy. Her government positions across six presidential administrations included Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs and the President's Envoy to Northern Ireland.
She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Atlantic Council Scowcroft Center for Strategy & Security and as a Senior Fellow at Harvard University's Belfer Center for Science & International Affairs. Dobriansky holds degrees from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and Harvard University.
