Okta board member Jeff Epstein to resign at annual meeting

Okta Inc. (NASDAQ: OKTA) announced that board member Jeff Epstein will resign from the company's board of directors, effective at the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for June 18, 2026.
Epstein informed the identity and access management company of his resignation plans on March 19, 2026. The company stated that Epstein's departure is not the result of any disagreement with Okta.
The board expressed appreciation for Epstein's service and contributions to the company, according to the announcement.
