Nukkleus names Morel Levi as chief financial officer

Nukkleus Inc. (NASDAQ: NUKK) appointed Morel Levi as chief financial officer effective December 8, 2025, according to a company statement.

The Delaware-based company's board of directors made the appointment on December 8. Levi will also serve as chief financial officer of Nukk Picolo Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Nukkleus, and has entered into an employment agreement with the subsidiary.
