Noble Plains Uranium appoints Galina Meleger to board of directors

Noble Plains Uranium Corp. (TSXV: NOBL) announced Monday the appointment of Galina Meleger as a director, effective immediately.

Meleger brings nearly 20 years of experience in the mining and resource sector, with expertise in capital markets, investor relations, and corporate communications. She currently serves as Vice President, Investor Relations at Skeena Gold & Silver and has held senior investor relations roles at Endeavour Silver Corp., Kirkland Lake Gold Inc., Newmarket Gold Inc., KGHM, and Copper Mountain Mining Corp.

The appointment follows the resignation of Brian Doherty as director. Noble Plains granted Meleger incentive stock options to purchase up to 200,000 common shares at $0.13 per share, exercisable until July 4, 2030, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.

"Her experience leading investor engagement and communications for mining companies through large growth phases will be invaluable as we continue to execute our strategy and expand our presence in the uranium space," said Drew Zimmerman, President of Noble Plains Uranium.

The company also entered into a marketing agreement with Triple Bull Consulting Inc. for $20,000 over four months, with an option to continue at $5,000 per month thereafter. Services include analytics, web traffic tracking, digital marketing campaign management, and content creation.

Noble Plains focuses on uranium projects in Wyoming's mining districts. The information was disclosed in a company press release.
