Nexxen International Ltd. (NASDAQ: NEXN) announced that two board members completed their terms at the company's annual general meeting on January 6, 2026, according to a press release statement.

Joanna Parnell and Norm Johnston concluded their service as directors, reducing the board from eight to six members. Johnston served on the board since June 2020, while Parnell served since 2014 and was a member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Sustainability, Nomination and Governance Committee.

The board now consists of one executive director and five non-executive directors. The company said it plans to appoint a third independent director to the Audit Committee to join continuing members.

Chris Stibbs, chairman of Nexxen's board, said the changes reflect the company's ongoing governance review to align board composition with current priorities and standard practices of Nasdaq-listed companies.

Nexxen stated it does not anticipate operational or strategic direction changes resulting from the board transitions. The advertising technology platform company operates globally with expertise in data and advanced TV advertising.

The company is headquartered in Israel and maintains offices in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
