NetSol Technologies elects four new directors at 2026 annual meeting

NetSol Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTWK) elected four new directors to its board at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held June 18, 2026, according to a press release.
Shareholders elected a total of seven directors. The four newly added members are Richard Howard, Aamir Ibrahim, Naeem Ghauri and Asad Ghauri. The three continuing directors are Najeeb Ghauri, Syed Kausar Kazmi and Ian Smith. A total of 7,194,620 shares of common stock were cast in the director vote.
Richard Howard most recently served as President and CEO of Daimler Truck Financial Services USA from 2021 to 2024. He had previously served as President and CEO of Daimler Financial Services Asia and held senior roles at Daimler Truck North America, including Senior Vice President of Sales, Product Strategy and Marketing, overseeing a $20 billion revenue operation. Howard had joined NetSol's Advisory Board in June 2025 before his board election.
Aamir Ibrahim is currently CEO of JazzWorld and a member of the Group Executive Committee of VEON Ltd. He previously held senior roles at Telenor Group, Ford Motor Company and Jaguar Land Rover, and serves as Chairman of Mobilink Bank.
Naeem Ghauri is Co-Founder and President of NetSol Technologies and joins the board in addition to his existing executive role. Asad Ghauri, who serves as Global Head of Sales and Group Managing Director of Europe at NetSol, was also elected to the board.
Directors Mark Caton and Malea Farsai retired from the board following the meeting.
